Booking & Cancellation Policy At Spa Time Thai Massage, we want every guest to enjoy a relaxing, unhurried experience. Because our therapists' time is reserved especially for you, we kindly ask that you review our booking and cancellation policy below. To book, reschedule, or cancel an appointment, please call or text us at (346) 546-2943. Booking Your Appointment We highly recommend booking ahead. We're often busy, and reserving your time in advance is the best way to guarantee the day, time, and service you want. Walk-ins are always welcome, but availability can't be promised during busy periods. When you book online, payment is required online at the time of booking to hold your spot. If you'd prefer not to pay online, no problem — simply give us a call or walk in, and we'll be happy to take care of you in person. Cancellations Life happens, and we understand plans change. Our cancellation charges are based on how much notice you give us: 24 hours or more before your appointment: No charge. If you paid online, you'll receive a full refund. Between 24 hours and 2 hours before your appointment: A 50% charge applies. If you paid online, we'll refund half of what you paid. Less than 2 hours before your appointment: A 100% charge applies (the full price of the service). No-show (missing your appointment without notice): A 100% charge applies. Rescheduling Need to move your appointment? That's easy: 24 hours or more before your appointment: Reschedule anytime, as often as you need, at no charge.
