Right to Refuse Service
Our licensed massage therapists are committed to creating a safe and comfortable environment for all guests.
Spa Time reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if a client’s behavior is inappropriate, threatening, or compromises safety.
Children
To preserve a peaceful and healing atmosphere, we kindly ask that guests do not bring children to the spa unless they are receiving a service.

Clients must be 14 years or older to receive any treatment.

Guests under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of their visit.
Gift Cards
Spa Time gift cards are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be applied toward gratuities. Please treat your gift card as you would cash, as lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards expire after 12 months from date of purchase.
Accessibility
Our facility is wheelchair accessible, with a ramp and lower-level treatment rooms available.
Please note that our staff and therapists are not permitted to lift clients. If you require mobility assistance, we kindly ask that you bring a personal care attendant.
We are proud to provide accessible Thai massage services in Houston and are happy to make reasonable accommodations when notified in advance.
Payments & Deposits
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 4 hours in advance with no fee.
Cancellations within 4 hours of your appointment time will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No-shows will be charged the full service fee.
